These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Smitten Pooches Green Steps Dog Walking, and the pet owner ("Client," "you") regarding the care and walking of your dog(s). By booking our services, you agree to the following:

. Smitten Pooches Green Steps Dog Walking agrees to provide professional, reliable, and caring services for your pet(s).
. While we make every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, pets are walked at the Client's own risk.
. The Client confirms that their dog is fit, healthy, and suitable for walking.

. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments.
. The Client must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues prior to the first walk.
. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a danger to itself, or other dogs, or the handler.

. In the event of illness or injury, Smitten Pooches Green Steps Dog Walking will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client immediately.
. If the Client is unreachable, we are authorised to seek veterinary care at the Client's expense.
. Clients are responsible for providing up to date emergency contact and veterinary details.

. Walks must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
. If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or extreme weather, no charge will apply and we will attempt to reschedule.

. If access to your property is required, the Client must provide accurate instructions and ensure safe entry.
. Keys will be securely stored and never shared without your consent.
. Smitten Pooches Green Steps Dog Walking accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by faulty keys, locks, or alarm systems.

. Dogs may be walked with others unless otherwise agreed.
. We carefully match group walks for safety, but the Client acknowledges that interactions with other dogs carry inherent risks.
. Any requests for solo walks must be specified and may incur additional fees.

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of your pet, Smitten Pooches Green Steps Dog Walking cannot be held responsible for:
. Injury, loss, or death caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., other animals, environmental hazards, third parties).
. Damage or loss to property during walks.
. The Client is responsible for any injury or damage their dog causes to third parties, property, or other animals.

. Fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule (weekly, monthly, or per walk).
. Payments must be paid before any service begins. Failure to do so will suspend any service immediately.

. With Client consent, photos of your dog may be taken during walks and used for social media or marketing purposes.
. No identifying details (addresses, personal information) will ever be shared.

These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both you and our groomers, ensuring a safe & positive grooming experience. By booking an appointment with Smitten Pooches Dog Grooming, you agree to the following:

. Appointments must be booked 1+ week in advance.
. Please arrive on time, 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling if you arrive 15 minutes late.
. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee of £25.
. No-shows may result in full payment being charged. Failure to pay will result in immediate termination of future services with Smitten Pooches.

. All pets must be up to date on core vaccinations (rabies, distemper, parvovirus, etc.) Proof may be requested.
. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues before the appointment.
. We will not groom pets with contagious conditions (e.g., fleas, kennel cough, skin infections) for the safety of other animals and our groomers.
. Failure to not correctly inform us of your pet's contagious conditions, may incur a fee of £25. Failure to pay, and repeat incidences will also result an immediate termination of future services with Smitten Pooches.

. Severely matted coats may require shaving pr extra grooming time. Mats can cause discomfort and skin irritation; we are not liable for any underlying conditions revealed once matts are removed.
. Additional fees may apply for excessive matting, difficult coats, or extended grooming sessions.
. We will always prioritise your pet's comfort and safety over style preferences.

. Aggressive or difficult pets may require a muzzle or termination of the session for safety reasons.
. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets we deam unsafe to groom.
. If sedation is required, it must be arranged and prescribed by your veterinarian - never administered by us.

. While every care is taken, grooming may expose pre-existing conditions (skin issues, irritations, etc.). Smitten Pooches Dog Grooming is not liable for any such issues.
. Accidents are rare, but minor nicks, scratches or stress-related events can occur. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.

. Payment is due at the end of each appointment. It is unacceptable to not have payment ready for your appointment. If you leave your appointment without paying, you will incure a fine of £25. If this is not paid in full, there will be an immediate termination of future services.
. Prices vary based on breed, coat type, size and condition. A quote will be given, but final pricing may be adjusted if additional work is required.
. Non-refundable deposits are required for all booked appointments. Failure to pay a deposit will result in the cancellation of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be secured for 1 week from original booking. After 1 week, you will be required to pay another deposit.

. With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos of your pet for our portfolio and social media.
. Please let us know if you do not wish for your pet's images to be used.
